André Siegrist joined PUBLICA Asset Management team in 2012 as fixed income portfolio manager. Together with his colleagues, he is responsible for the internally managed foreign rates mandates. He deals with all foreign exchange related questions and is involved in new investment initiatives. He has over 10 years of investment-related experience managing portfolios and developing investment strategies. Before joining PUBLICA, André was a portfolio manager responsible for minimum volatility strategies for OLZ & Partners Asset and Liability Management AG. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Bern and is a is a CFA® charterholder.

Harwig Wild is a Senior Currency Manager at Metzler Capital Markets, where he's been working since 2001. At Metzler, he helped establish the Currency Management team in 2013. Today, Bankhaus Metzler is a leading provider of currency management solutions in Europe. Prior to joining Metzler, Mr Wild held managing positions at Dresdner Bank since 1983. He headed their treasury departments in various locations in Asia, Eastern Europe and in Paris. Later on he worked in the Global Markets division in Frankfurt and was instrumental to setting up Dresdner's Emerging Markets team. Prior to his time at Dresdner Bank, Mr Wild has been with Westdeutsche Landesbank's capital markets units in Duesseldorf and Luxemburg since 1975.

Philipp Brugger serves as a Portfolio Manager and member of the Multi Asset Strategies (MAS) team.
In his role, Philipp is responsible for the design and management of custom multi-asset models and strategies as well as delivering multi asset investment insights into the local market.
Prior to joining BlackRock in 2017, Philipp was Co-Head of Multi Asset Allocation at Deutsche Asset Management, leading a team of portfolio managers and being responsible for the management of asset allocation solutions and strategies.
Philipp graduated from Dublin City University and European School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

Meredith Beechey Österholm is deputy director of monetary policy at Sveriges Riksbank. Meredith has worked at the intersection of financial markets and monetary policy for central banks in Sweden, the United States and Australia. She represented Scandinavia in the international team that brought the FX Global Code of Conduct to fruition.

Liam is our Head of Emerging Markets Debt, overseeing a global team of EMD portfolio managers and holding ultimate responsibility for the commercial growth of the EMD business and delivering strong investment performance across our wide range of products. He is also portfolio manager for the emerging markets local currency bond portfolios.
Liam joined Aviva Investors as a senior portfolio manager before assuming his current role. He has previously worked for Overlay Asset Management, ABN Amro Asset Management and Fortis Investments as a senior currency manager for a broad range of absolute return, hedge fund and currency overlay mandates. He has gained considerable expertise in foreign exchange since joining the investment industry, beginning his career with an equity market focus at James Capel Investment Management.

Imène Rahmouni-Rousseau is the Deputy Director for Markets at Banque de France, the French central bank. She oversees foreign exchange reserve management, FX operations and the provision of investment services to foreign central banks and international organisations. She manages five divisions and a total of 100 persons, mainly based in Paris, and for a small part in New York. Imène sits on the Global FX Committee and is an alternate of the BIS Markets Committee.
Imène was previously lead of the vulnerabilities team of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) Secretariat, at the Bank for International Settlements in Basel (Switzerland). Prior to that, she worked as an economist at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt and was also head of the financial stability division in Banque de France during the financial crisis. She holds a Master's degree in economics and finance from Ecole Centrale de Paris (1997) and from Sciences-Po (1998).

Mr. Tobias Linzert is Head of the Policy Assessment Section within the Monetary Policy Strategy Division at the European Central Bank. He joined the ECB in 2005 in the Directorate Monetary Policy and has previously been Counsellor to the ECB's Executive Board.
Prior to joining the ECB, he has worked as research and teaching assistant at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main.

Clothilde Malaussène began her career in 1989 at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, as a trader on forward currencies. In 2004, she joined the global fixed income team as a currency portfolio manager where she has successfully managed absolute return funds (multi-strategies and currencies) and global bond funds.

Previously, as Minister-Counsellor and Director at the British Embassy in Beijing, Sherry was responsible for promoting trade and investment between the UK and China through her team based in cities throughout mainland China, Hong Kong and London. Her particular focus is on Financial and Business Services and the Technology sectors, as key industries of cross border growth. Benjamin is Head of Foreign Exchange and Gold at the Swiss National Bank in Zurich. He is responsible for all FX activities of the SNB, in particular the implementation of monetary policy as well as reserve management induced activities. Benjamin joined the SNB in February 2017.
His previous role was at UBS Investment Bank in the FICC division. He worked as an FX options trader in Singapore, Zurich and most recently London, where he was Head of FX Exotic Options Trading for EMEA. Benjamin has over 16 years of experience in the FX market across all time zones.

Laurent Kssis, a 15-year veteran in the ETF and Delta one industry known for his expertise and work with ETF issuers and investment banks. His experience includes HVB (Indexchange) where he spearheaded the ETF and Delta one desk, Société Generale (Lyxor) where he created one of the biggest ETF market making franchise advising institutional clients and State Street Bank where he build the FX/Treasury department in Munich. Laurent joined Global Advisors' XBT Provider AB subsidiary as CEO and Head of ETP & Product Development in January 2017.
He served as Non-Executive Chairman for Coinsilium group (NEX:COIN) in 2016, a private equity fund specialising solely in investing in early stage blockchain startups. Coinsilium became the first ever listed company funding blockchain technologies after raising £2.7m for its London IPO. He built up the ETF market making franchises for Labranche Structured Products in 2008 (the biggest US floor specialist and ETF on the NYSE Exchange) & Bluefin Europe in 2012, both highly rated ETF Fixed Income trading OTC venues. James Butterfill is an active commentator on digital assets and currently serves as editor for digitalassets.blog, a blog aimed at valuation, analysis and valuation of digital assets. James has over 15 years of experience in fund management, investment banking, economics and asset allocation gained most recently as Head of Research at ETF Securities.

Mr Chappell has been involved in the currency markets since 1976. Originally at Hambros Bank, in 1978 he joined Chemical Bank and became Chief FX Trader and subsequently Foreign Exchange Manager in Frankfurt.
In 1985 he joined Bank of America London and was appointed Head of Foreign Exchange Trading for Europe,. In 1994 he was appointed Global Manager for Foreign Exchange with responsibility for 23 FX Trading operations with more the 400 FX operatives worldwide.
In 1996 he established C-View Limited, a Currency Investment Manager. C-View Limited also provides FX advisory services to FX market participants and regulators in a number of jurisdictions.
Mr Chappell is a member of the ACI-FX International FX committee. He is also a member of ACI -UK Executive Committee. In October 2017 he was appointed ACI Director of Education in which role he overseas ACI's Educational and training programs notably in the area of Code Adherence.
Kris Dickinson has over 20 years experience in the FX market. He has covered Institutional clients throughout this time, leading sales businesses for the Royal Bank of Canada and Westpac Institutional Bank, serving investment managers, hedge funds and central banks. Having spent 2017 studying full time, on the Sloan programme at the London Business School, he is now unencumbered by bank ties.

Thanos has been awarded the CFA Charterholder designation and is a member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House). Henrik Pedersen (MBA), Director, is a Senior Portfolio Manager focusing on Currency Overlay and Risk Management strategies, and is a member of the Global Rates & FX Strategy Group. He joined Credit Suisse Asset Management in 2017 from a London based pension fund investment consultancy that he co-founded. Prior to this Henrik was Chief Investment Officer of Pareto (the global currency and risk management boutique of BNY Mellon Investment Management), and before that he was the Head of Product Development & Investment Strategies at Overlay Asset Management (a BNP Paribas boutique). Prior to his move into asset management, Henrik worked for Citibank in London until 2005, where he occupied key roles in CitiFX Risk Advisory Group, G10 and Emerging Markets Forex Strategy & Advisory. Henrik started his career in financial markets with A.P. Moller Maersk Group managing the group's substantial FX and money markets risks. Henrik holds an Executive MBA with distinction from CASS Business School, London and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial and Management Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

Marc Millington-Buck joined the Moscow Exchange as Head of International FX Business Development in July 2013 and is part of the Moscow Exchange's new International Sales Team based out of London & Zürich.
Marc has more than 20 years' exchange-market experience. He has extensive knowledge of electronic trading in cash and derivatives products; including FX, money markets, fixed income, equities and commodities. He also has valuable experience in the trading operations and processes of electronic exchanges such as DMA, clearing and risk management.
Starting out his career in the Treasury department of an international bank, then subsequently its Treasury Sales and Financial Structuring teams, he has been active in selling FX and hybrid rate risk management products to large international Bank and Corporate clients from the outset. Marc has also been a trader of Futures & Options on LIFFE and LTOM and developed electronic derivatives trading and automated arbitrage systems.
Prior to joining Moscow Exchange, Marc was an international business development consultant working alongside the European electronic energy and commodities venues and their brokers promoting market access to derivatives & commodities trading. Marc worked with the exchange traded derivatives and electronic OTC venues, banks and prime brokers to on-board new and existing international clients for trading under risk managed, sponsored DMA.
His previous work has also included developing international sales for the electronic trading of cash and derivatives in treasury and equity products for an electronic exchange and global brokerage: promoting advanced execution services in Europe, Asia, and the US where he has detailed knowledge of their local markets. Consequently, Marc has widespread experience in establishing working relations with global exchanges and electronic venues, large international brokerages and their clients.

Thanasis Petronikolos is an EM bond & FX investment consultant. He has been investing in EM bonds and currencies for 24 years. Thanasis started his career as a fund manager at Rothschild Asset Management in 1994. More recently, he was Head of EM Debt at Baring Asset Management for six years. Christophe Beuve is currently the Head of Bond Markets and International Operations Division in the Directorate General of Market Operations at the European Central Bank. He joined the ECB in 1998 and occupied various positions in the asset management and monetary policy implementation areas. Prior joining the ECB, Christophe worked in the money and foreign exchange markets departments at the Banque de France. He also worked at the International Monetary Fund for two years and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for eighteen months.
