André Siegrist joined PUBLICA Asset Management team in 2012 as fixed income portfolio manager. Together with his colleagues, he is responsible for the internally managed foreign rates mandates. He deals with all foreign exchange related questions and is involved in new investment initiatives. He has over 10 years of investment-related experience managing portfolios and developing investment strategies. Before joining PUBLICA, André was a portfolio manager responsible for minimum volatility strategies for OLZ & Partners Asset and Liability Management AG. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Bern and is a is a CFA® charterholder.

Harwig Wild is Deputy Director at Metzler Capital Markets, where he's been working since 2001. At Metzler, he helped establish the Currency Management team in 2013. Today, Metzler is a leading provider of currency management solutions in Germany. Prior to joining Metzler, Mr Wild held managing positions at Dresdner Bank since 1983. He headed their treasury departments in different locations in Asia, Eastern Europe and Paris. Later on he implemented the trading team for short-term fixed income instruments in Frankfurt. Thereafter he was instrumental to setting up Dresdner's "Emerging Markets" team. Prior to his time at Dresdner Bank, Mr Wild has been with Westdeutsche Landesbank's capital markets units in Düsseldorf and Luxembourg since 1975.
Portfolio Manager - Multi Asset Strategies
Philipp Brugger serves as a Portfolio Manager and member of the Multi Asset Strategies (MAS) team.
In his role, Philipp is responsible for the design and management of custom multi-asset models and strategies as well as delivering multi asset investment insights into the local market.
Prior to joining BlackRock in 2017, Philipp was Co-Head of Multi Asset Allocation at Deutsche Asset Management, leading a team of portfolio managers and being responsible for the management of asset allocation solutions and strategies.
Philipp graduated from Dublin City University and European School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

Meredith Beechey Österholm is deputy director of monetary policy at Sveriges Riksbank. Meredith has worked at the intersection of financial markets and monetary policy for central banks in Sweden, the United States and Australia. She represented Scandinavia in the international team that brought the FX Global Code of Conduct to fruition.

Brian has 24 years experience in financial markets. Prior to joining Allianz Global Investors in 2013, he served as a Portfolio manager and currency specialist at PIMCO from 2005. He also serves as AGI relationship manager with the heads of many European Sovereign debt management offices and Official Institutions. Brian is a Chartered Market Technician and has a B.S. in International Business and Finance from Northeastern University in Boston.

Imène Rahmouni-Rousseau is the Deputy Director for Markets at Banque de France, the French central bank. She oversees foreign exchange reserve management, FX operations and the provision of investment services to foreign central banks and international organisations. She manages five divisions and a total of 100 persons, mainly based in Paris, and for a small part in New York. Imène sits on the Global FX Committee and is an alternate of the BIS Markets Committee.
Imène was previously lead of the vulnerabilities team of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) Secretariat, at the Bank for International Settlements in Basel (Switzerland). Prior to that, she worked as an economist at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt and was also head of the financial stability division in Banque de France during the financial crisis. She holds a Master's degree in economics and finance from Ecole Centrale de Paris (1997) and from Sciences-Po (1998).

Alessandro is AXA IM's CIO in Italy. With over 20 years of global market experience, Alessandro's strong background in the field of interest rates, central banks and European financial regulations helps to further strengthen AXA IM's global investment strategy and asset allocation.
Alessandro joined AXA IM from Citigroup in London, were he was Head of International Interest Rates Strategy. Prior to this, he was Chief Strategist for Europe at BNP Paribas. He also has five years of experience in G10-rates prop trading.
In addition, Alessandro has a PhD in Economics and Mathematics from Vienna University and is the author of various articles on liquid fixed income, forex, monetary policy, market micro-structure and European financial regulations.

After his Master's Degree in Business Administration (University of Applied Sciences, Bonn) and Stock Trader Licence (Deutsche Boerse AG, Frankfurt) Christian Schoeppe joined Deutsche Bank AG Sales & Trading in 2000. In 2004 Christian changed to DB's Asset Management division ‘DWS'. Prior to his current role he served as an International Equities & Foreign Exchange (FX) Trader, and Head Trader FX at Deutsche Asset Management. He has been instrumental in the creation of the fiduciary FX trading desk, and the development of the passive FX platform.

Mr. Tobias Linzert is Head of the Policy Assessment Section within the Monetary Policy Strategy Division at the European Central Bank. He joined the ECB in 2005 in the Directorate Monetary Policy and has previously been Counsellor to the ECB's Executive Board.
Prior to joining the ECB, he has worked as research and teaching assistant at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main.
He holds a Master's Degree in Economics of Humboldt University Berlin and a PhD in Economics of Goethe University Frankfurt. He has published several articles on monetary policy issues in refereed academic journals.

Christophe Beuve is currently the Head of Bond Markets and International Operations Division in the Directorate General of Market Operations at the European Central Bank. He joined the ECB in 1998 and occupied various positions in the asset management and monetary policy implementation areas. Prior joining the ECB, Christophe worked in the money and foreign exchange markets departments at the Banque de France. He also worked at the International Monetary Fund for two years and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for eighteen months.
